Every year children also celebrate Christmas at our school in Kiskunhalas. Early in the morning on the last day of the term we come together to light the last candle on the wreath in the school hall. We sing songs and pray and the celebration begins. At eight o’clock we walk to church to take part on the high mass. Then children spend the rest of the morning with their peers and teachers. We play games, have discussions, listen to music so we enjoy ourselves. Every class greets the Christmas tree and gets some presents in bags. After lunch we go back to church and watch the play of Jesus’ birth. This year classes 2 (children are 8 years old) acted beautifully. Thank you and Merry Christmas to the teachers and children and our friends in Eden.
